Our GW2x2K is a 2x2000W battery-powered class-D audio amplifier which can be recharged using solar power. Our GW1x4K is a bridged version of the 2x2.

Our GreenBank series of products (Tempest is our flagship) are portable power sources which are built in synergy with our amplifiers and specifically enhances the eventing landscape with power on-the-go.

• Our battery powered amplifiers offer the ability to be ‘off-grid’ with low average power consumption and high audio output power, lasting up to 8 hours at full volume on a single charge.
• Our class-D amplification is low-noise and highly efficient.
• The ability to recharge using solar panels, with a mains backup option if needed. Wind power capability is also in development, coming soon!
• No other product on the market can boast such high audio output power with equivalent green credentials.
• We don’t use fossil fuels to generate audio, therefore there is no atmospheric or noise pollution.

The rugged GreenBank Tempest offers portable power for remote ‘off grid’ environments to power a wide variety of peripherals. Typical uses would be a mixing desk, laptop, LED lighting, radio microphones, processors, and recharging our Greenwaves amplifiers.

Recharging the GreenBank Tempest can be done via solar or mains, with wind power capabilities in development, coming soon!

The current GreenBank Tempest product can be used with LED lighting and we are working on a specific lighting bank with more lighting specific connectors.

Our Greenwaves amplifiers and GreenBanks are rated for 1000 charge/discharge cycles. However, batteries naturally deteriorate over time, and this can be compounded by adverse usage and storage conditions so always refer to the user and safety manual to achieve the best long-term performance.

Yes, each of our amplifiers and GreenBanks have a front panel display which shows the remaining battery life in % and voltage.

Fast charging at the full charge rate takes 4.5 hours using mains. Using solar panels can reduce the charge time depending on lighting conditions (full direct sunlight = 3.5 hours for example).

Yes, our products are designed to be constantly charging whilst in use which means performance duration is extended.

Our Greenwaves design office, factory and service centre are all located in Colchester, England.

Our amplifiers have been designed specifically to achieve higher efficiency when running our class-D amplifier, including an optimised power supply which negates the otherwise common issues with feed-through noise from dirty supplies. This synergy means that the achieved efficiency is greater than any possible external combination.

• Simple installation means there are no waiting times for electrical connection during event setup.
• The isolated power source means that electrical noise is negated from other applications running from the same source such as air conditioning, refrigeration, lighting etc.
• There is no smell compared to a generator.
• There is no noise compared to a generator. Silence is golden!
• Proximity of the power source can be minimised as it can be right on stage with the equipment if needed. A generator is typically located out of sight and out of earshot!
